Electronic and Optical Properties of Two-dimensional TiSe2 and NbSe2 and Elemental Black Phosphorus
Abstract
The goals of the project include study of the electronic and optical properties of TiSe2, NbSe2, and black P as functions of temperature, applied field, and configuration, including number of layers. Properties of heterostructures made from these materials will also be studied in detail.
