Characterizing Interactions at Interfaces Critical to the Functions of Ionic Liquids and Solar Cells

Abstract

The goal of this work is to understand the structure and dynamics at the interfaces of room temperature ionic liquids. The large physical, structural realignment and the chemical reactive changes of molecules at the interface of room temperature ionic liquids and electrodes that occur when large electric fields are applied to the electrodes will be investigated.
