High order strong stability time discretizations beyond the method-of-lines framework
Abstract
The objective of this proposal is to extend the study of Strong Stability Preserving (SSP) high order time discretizations in directions that are outside the Method of Lines (MOL) approach. The main scientific interest work will be in the development of new SSP time-stepping methods and new modes of analysis of SSP time discretizations.
