Strongly Correlated Fermi Systems in Two-Dimensional Triangular & Honeycomb Lattices

Abstract

The objective of the proposed work is three-fold: (1) generation of multi-partite entangled collisionally "dark" states in thermal fermionic gases, (2) unambiguously generate and detect the Fulde-Ferrel-Larkin-Ovchnnikov phase in 1D and (3) study itinerant magnetism in honey-comb lattices.
