Fluid-Structure Interactions Employing Cyber-Physical Fluid Dynamics

Abstract

The objective of the proposed effort is to use a novel cyber-physical research facility to understand the flow physics behind unsteady, flapping propulsion systems, as well as optimize these systems for thrust and efficiency.
