Initial Orbit Determination based on propagation of admissible regions with Differential Algebra

Abstract

The goal of this work is to develop an algorithm to efficiently and robustly solve the problem of identifications when observations with too short arcs are available. As by-product an innovative method for the propagation of large uncertainty sets in arbitrary dynamical framework will be implemented as well as a tool to simulate space-debris observations with both optical and radar instruments.
