Novel Characterization Methods for Anisotropic and Mixed-Conduction Materials

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to develop and verify novel methods for sorting multiple charge contributions in heterostructures found in a wide variety of electronic components and to separate out individual anisotripic conductivity tensor components. This reserach taeks on the challenge of a fully three-dimensional analysis.
