Phase-Change on Nanoporous Graphene for Advanced Thermal management

Abstract

The objective this research is to maximize heat transfer by design and engineering nano-pores structures. Phase transformation from liquid to vapor phase is the vehicle for heat transfer. The extension of this research towards two-dimensional (2D) materials which may offer a ripe and unique opportunity for the film evaporation concepts.
