Optimizing SOH and PSOH Chipscale Integrated Electronic/Photonic Technology for Multiple Defense Applications by Nano-Engineering New OEO Materials

Abstract

The objective of this research is to develop and apply new multiscale theoretical methodology capable of providing reliable design of materials and processing methodologies that will lead to transformative electro-optic materials facilitating chipscale integration of electronics and photonics for defense-related information technology and sensing applications.
