Acquisition of Molecular Beam Epitaxy System for Research in New Approaches to Novel and Higher Temperature Superconductivity and Novel Spintronic Material

Abstract

Grow a variety of novel materials and structures, primarily interfaces, relevant for high temperature superconductivity, high mobility conduction, novel ferromagnetism and ferroelectricity, and some with topological surface states of interest for superconductivity.
