Degenerate Fermi Gases of Stable Dipolar Molecules

Abstract

The objective is to create and confine degenerate gases of ultracold polar NaK molecules. These gases will constitute a new form of quantum matter that allows exploring novel topological phases and building a robust quantum simulator (an analog quantum computer) for modern materials.
