Constrained Optimization Paradigms for Adaptive, Cognitive Radar
Abstract
The objective of this basic research project is to upgrade the current ability to process the growing data coming in to modern radars, particularly when there are several units on separate platforms. Another objective is identifying necessary waveform designs.
