Synthesis of crystalline thin films using electrochemical atomic layer deposition (ECALD) technique

Abstract

Fabricate crystalline films of on various substrates by exploiting the flexibility of the ECALD electrochemical deposition technique in order to understand the role of the deposit structure, morphology, and composition of electrocatalyst materials. By advancing the synthesis of electrocatalytic materials, the understanding of the role of substrate and depostion solutions in fabrication of materials can be advanced.
