What if we could electrically tune properties of strongly-correlated materials just like we can with semiconductors

Abstract

Electrostatically modulate carrier density 10x more strongly than with conventional gating, and use this new capability to tune electronic properties in a much broader range of materials. Investigate properties of these materials and of devices based on these materials in new configurations.
