Broadband Quantum Efficiency Measurement System with Wavelength Selective Optical Bias

Abstract

The goal of the project is to establish broadband system for measurements of quantum efficiency of multistep electron transitions, which combine creation of electron-hole pairs by electromagnetic radiation with the next IR induced transitions of electrons and holes to higher energy states. Thesystem is an original and unique instrument for investigations of light-matter interaction in electronic and optoelectronic nanomaterials, for which multistep processes play a crucial role.
