Rapid and Accurate Uncertainty Propagation for Nonlinear Dynamic Systems by Exploiting Model Redundancy

Abstract

The objective of this project is to develop a novel method for computing rigorous bounds on the solutions ofnonlinear ODEs at a cost that is appropriate for real-time applications and with much higher accuracy thanexisting methods of similar complexity. We expect to accomplish this by developing effective methods forexploiting redundancy within the differential inequalities (DI) bounding framework.
