High Detectivity Organic Photodetectors with Ultrabroadband Spectral Response

Abstract

The objective is to advance the science and engineering of organic semiconductors to enable flexible light-weight, shock-resistant, large-area solid-state organic photodetectors with high detectivity at room temperature and a spectral response from the visible to the near infrared spectral ranges.
