High-Throughput Experimentally and Computationally Guided Discovery of Next Generation High-Temperature ShapeMemory Alloys

Abstract

The objective of this project is develop high temperature shape memory alloys capable of operating at temperatures exceeding 20 C, and exhibit an energy densities an order of magnitude higher than any other solid-state actuator to provide robust actuation platforms for US Air Force.
