A New Jet-Stirred Reactor for Combustion Kinetics and Turbulent Flame Experiments

Abstract

The objective of this project is to build a leading-edge Jet-Stirred Reactor (JSR) for the study of the chemical kinetics of combustion, with new design based CFD simulation to control temperature and species uniformity to satisfied the need to generate combustion chemistry data.
