Nonlinear Stability of Magnetically Focused Particle Beams
Abstract
The objective of this project to study the physics of laser particle transport to advance the research in vacuum electronics devices for communications and high-intensity accelerators at or space propulsion devices. The issue is the prevention and control of particle beam losses at higher, microwave frequencies.
