Grain and Interface Engineering for High Efficiency Hybrid Perovskite Solar Cells

Abstract

This project aims at to overcome the fundamental barriers that limit the efficiency and stability of the solution processed polycrystalline hybrid perovskite solar cells by understanding the influence of grain sizes and interfaces on charge recombination and thus the device efficiency, as well as the device stability.
