2nd Florentine Symposium on Emotional Intelligence: Ability Model: Background - State of art - Envision the future

Abstract

Summary and objectives of the workshop: Four years after the first Symposium held in 2012, the goal of the present symposium is to bring together leading emotional intelligence (EI) researchers with interdisciplinary scientists focused on emotion, social cognition, and cutting edge technologies for the 2nd Florentine Symposium on EI. Together, these groups are uniquely equipped to discuss the main developments and applications of the concept of EI, envision its future and advance theory, assessment, application, intervention and emerging technologies in different contexts, in particular school, organization and aviation.
