Plasma-Actuated Flow Control of Hypersonic Crossflow-Induced Boundary-Layer Transition in a Quiet Tunnel

Abstract

The proposed research is to design, build, test, and characterize the performance of a plasma-based flow-control system to delay crossflow-induced boundary-layer transition at hypersonic speeds under quiet flow.
