330-Ghz Vector Network Analyzer For Ultrafast 2D Material Electronics

Abstract

Procure a vector network analyzer capable of electromagnetic scatteringanalysis up to 330 GHz. This system will significantly enhance and expand current AFOSR-supported research on graphene plasmonics by enabling the interrogation of ultrafast electronicdynamics in graphene and other 2D materials––such as transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDC)monolayers and semiconductor quantum wells––and in the devices and circuits engineered from these 2D materials.
