High-Speed Optical Diagnostics For Characterizing Electric Propulsion Facility Effects

Abstract

The fundamental studies needed to understand the interaction among man-made non-equilibrium electric propulsion plasmas, chemical propulsion plume products, and the natural space environment requires ground facilities that should provide virtual space environment in order to validate the developed models. This includes the same vacuum environment while the systems operating.
