Applying Democratic Topology For Exascale HPC
Abstract
Applying Democratic Topology for Exascale High Performance Computing (HPC) is the objective of the proposal. The proposed is a new architecture for HPC topologies and the development of a new set of rules for message routing and broadcasting to a "brain-based" system while maintaining an energy efficient topology.
