2D/3D Printing Of Functional Materials For Defense Applications

Abstract

The objective of this DURIP is to provide support for the acquisition of a custom built3D printer (AMG 10000, Aerotech) to process functional materials of interest to theDOD including: lightweight structural composites, magnetic nanocomposites with electronic, magnetic and radiation shielding properties, and photomechanical polymers.
