Multispectral image enhancement and color fusion through steerable pyramids
Abstract
Propose to use a steerable pyramid transform to enhance the quality of multiband imagery through integrated multiband edge enhancement and noise reduction. Since steerable pyramids are also an effective tool for image fusion, the noise reduction and edge enhancement method can directly be applied to enhance the quality of fused multiband imagery.
