Hypersonic Center of Testing Excellence for Fostering Future Test & Evaluation Workforce
Abstract
The scientific contribution of the proposal arises from the ability to include state-of-the-art laboratory instruments and diagnostic techniques in government T&E facilities. These are world-class ground test facilities, and the ability to bring cutting-edge instruments and research faculty into this environment to conduct basic research is unique and apt to be of enormous benefit to scientific understanding of high speed flow phenomena.
