Broadband Reflective Surfaces for Infrared Radiation

Abstract

The objective of this project is to extend and modify established models and theories of engineered reflection spectra for multilayered films, patterned surfaces, and nanoparticulate materials embedded on surfaces. The goal is to develop materials that reduce and reflect IR radiation for aerospace applications.
