Ultrafast Energy Diagnostics and Deterministic Design of Nano-Architectures for Self-Resilient Plasma Materials

Abstract

The goal of the proposed research is to develop the scientific foundation to enable the diagnostics, prediction, and control of surface damage and evolution in nano-architectures for self-resilient plasma materials. The results will help to develop new conducting metallic and dielectric ceramic materials, endowed with micro-engineered surfaces, that will enable revolutionary advances in EP & PP technologies.
