Conference Support for Workshop On Compound Semiconductors Devices and Integrated Circuits in Europe
Abstract
The aim of the 41st Workshop on Compound Semiconductor Devices and Integrated Circuits is to bring together internationally recognized researchers, young scientists and engineers, to present state-of-the-art research findings in the areas of compound semiconductors devices and integrated circuits. The idea is to address new results in short presentations in order to initiate an intensive and fruitful discussion on the relevant topics. Despite the European character of the workshop series, interested scientists from all over the world are invited to attend. The 41st WOCSDICE will follow the format of previous editions: both invited and short submitted papers will be presented during the three days meeting, detailing latest results on electronic, optoelectronic, and integrated compound semiconductor devices. Special attention will be devoted to providing a forum for young scientists to communicate their work and to promote intensive and fruitful discussions on the relevant topics.
