Fitting Smooth Functions and Manifolds to Data, and Related Problems of Control Theory
Abstract
This proposal continues an ongoing project and starts a new one. The ongoing project is toproduce efficient algorithms that learn smooth relationships from data. The new project is toproduce algorithms that control e.g. a drone while learning in real time how the controls influenceits behavior.
