Characterization of nanopropellant combustion and agglomerate-breakup physics via infrared laser-absorption imaging

Abstract

This proposal emphasizes on the gas-phase measurements of AlF, HF, HCl, and LiCl concentrations for Aluminum based propellants like, Al-Li, or Al-fluorocarbon, via 1D and 2D infrared laser-absorption-spectroscopy techniques.
