Optical Robot Localization System for Research on Human-Swarm Interaction and Interfaces for Optimum Human-Machine Teaming

Abstract

The proposed equipment will facilitate the execution and simulation of behaviors not possible so far in indoor operations, while it can significantly help a broader group of scientists in the areas of human-machine and human-swarm interactions in Arizona State University. Moreover, the proposed experimental platform will be critical for education activities and class-based projects on navigation and control of aerial and ground robotic vehicles.
