Microscopic and Macroscopic Electromagnetic Polarization Forces

Abstract

Based on the past success within the current S4 Inc AFOSR grant in determining definitive power expressions for time varying microscopic and macroscopic dipoles, the present proposal is submitted in anticipation of obtaining a similar success in solving the analogous, albeit more difficult problem of determining definitive time varying microscopic and macroscopic dipolar electromagnetic force expressions. The determination of both the microscopic and macroscopic dipolar forces has hitherto defied solution. If successful, the outcomes of this seminal research would benefit the Air Force funded scientific and technical programs involving electromagnetic force power or momentum energy.
