Abstract

The primary objective of the proposed e?ort is to develop novel concepts and related analytical and numerical algorithms for improving communication, imaging, and tracking techniques in propagation of short optical pulses in strongly attenuating, discrete scatterer media such as atmospheric clouds, fog, dust, or aerosols.
