2019, 2020, and 2021 US Frontiers of Engineering Symposia
Abstract
There are four Frontiers of Engineering (FOE) meetings every year. The U.S. FOE Symposium is held each year as well as a rotating schedule of FOE meetings with Germany, Japan, India, China, and the European Union. Each Frontiers symposium covers four topics that vary from year to year. The topics for the 2019 US Frontiers of Engineering Symposium are Blockchain Technology, Autonomous Driving: Technology and Ethics, Engineering the Genome, and Advanced Manufacturing in the Age of Digital Transformation. Topics for the 2020 and 2021 meetings will be selected approximately 18 months prior to the symposium. The draft roster of speakers and topics will be available on the Frontiers of Engineering website at ww.naefrontiers.org. The 2019 US FOE symposium will be held September 25 27, 2019, at Boeing in N. Charleston, SC. The 2020 symposium will be held at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory in Golden, CO, and the 2021 symposium will be held at the University of Colorado Boulder, dates to be determined.
