High Performance Area Enhanced Hierarchical Evaporator for Extreme Thermal Management

Abstract

A fundamental study to investigate phase change from area enhanced hierarchical evaporators for the development of high heat flux thermal management strategies. Thermal management is a severe challenge for high performance electronics, such as GaN and Ga2O3 high electron mobility transistors (HEMTs).
