MESOSCALE MODELING OF SOFT MATTER: A BOTTOM-UP APPROACH

Abstract

This project seeks to establish a theoretically sound and computationally efficient framework for modeling general soft matter systems at mesoscale. Soft matter, such as polymers or colloids, can provide the structural and chemical plenitude and tunability to yield paradigm-shifting multifunctional materials for future Army systems
