DURIP ACQUISITION OF THERMAL-CYCLING AND PLASMA/DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEMS FOR A LARGE VACUUM FACILITY

Abstract

Being able to replicate space like conditions on the ground is essential for developing and executing DoD research efforts to better understand the fundamental science required for space assets. The equipment requested within the DURIP would allow for the Missouri University of Science and Technology to conduct experiments and research in an environment that matches space like thermal, plasma, and optical interrogation conditions.
