TOPOLOGICAL PLASMA STRUCTURES FOR CONTROL OF ELECTROMAGNETIC INTERACTIONS

Abstract

The general objective is to study a fundamental understanding of topological systems incorporating plasma elements, through understanding Chern and Floquet Chern insulators, 3D Weyl points, and epsilon-near-zero (ENZ) systems to control electromagnetic interactions, through phase control, frequency shift, broadband coherent, absorption, and nonreciprocity.
