(DURIP) GPU CLUSTER ENABLING DEVELOPMENT OF ADVANCED PETASCALE NUMERICAL METHODS FOR SOLUTION AND INVERSE DESIGN MASSIVE COMPUTATIONAL PHYSICS PROBLEMS

Abstract

The proposed GPU (Graphics Processing Unit)-based cluster will enable a broad array of DoD relevant basic science applications, such as development of new numerical methods, preconditioners, accelerators, machine learning algorithms, and optimization algorithms for solving and designing larger and more complex electromagnetics devices.
