(DURIP) QUANTUM CASCADE LASER SPECTROMETER FOR INVESTIGATING NON-EQUILIBRIUM PLASMA CHEMISTRY

Abstract

The DURIP instrument proposed here is a quantum cascade laser absorption spectrometer that is capable of high-sensitivity , high-time-resolution measurements of molecular constituents within multi-species non-equilibrium plasmas.
