DURIP SINGLE-CELL DISPENSING TO ACCELERATE GENERATION OF CLONAL OR RARE CELL POPULATIONS, AUGMENT EXISTING SEQUENCING CAPABILITIES, AND FACILITATE CUTTING-EDGE SINGLE-CELL ANALYSES

Abstract

This proposal is requesting funds for the Namocell Hana Single Cell Dispenser. The instrument provides the fastest and easiest solution for single cell sorting and isolation. The benchtop instrument combines innovative microfluidics technology with flow cytometry and liquid dispensing to sort and dispense single cells into 96 or 384-well plates in minutes. Low system pressure (ensures gentle sorting and preserves cell viability and integrity. Namocell’s proprietary cell cartridges eliminate the risk of sample carry-over and ensure sterility, making it faster and easier to run multiple samples or cell types. A single cell plating efficiency of 80-90 percent is typically achieved with mammalian cells
