STRONG-COUPLING REGIME IN ELECTROMAGNETIC PULSES INTERACTING WITH FREE CARRIERS AND PLASMAS IN BULK AND STRUCTURED MEDIA
Abstract
The goal of the proposed e ort is to push the envelope of knowledge concerning the electromagnetic interactions in strong coupling regimes. We will investigate the basic physical mechanisms, create modeling tools and apply them to reveal novel applications in fi elds such as laser physics.
