DESIGNING STRUCTURAL BATTERIES WITH HIGH SPECIFIC ENERGY AND ENHANCED MECHANICAL PROPERTIES

Abstract

The objective of this proposal is the enhancement of tensile modulus-strength of each layer, 2) enhancing load transfer between different layers for increasing flexural modulus-strength, and 3) maintaining high specific energy and reasonable electrochemical performance in such mechanically strong structural batteries.
