(DURIP) SIMULTANEOUS AND IN-SITU MEASUREMENT SYSTEM FOR THE THERMAL DECOMPOSITION OF ENERGETICS

Abstract

Simultaneous and In-situ Measurement System for the Thermal Decomposition of Energetics will require the acquisition of a combined differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA), mass spectrometer (MS), gas chromatographer (GS) and Fourier Transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR) system that would allow simultaneous and in-situ characterization of energetic materials and their reactions against applied thermal stimuli.
