(DURIP) INSTRUMENTATION TO CHARACTERIZE MAGNETIC AND OPTICAL RESPONSES OF 2-D MATERIALS AND TO PROBE GROUND AND SPACE-BASED MICROELECTRONICS

Abstract

The proposed instrumentation will enable characterization of combined optical and magnetic properties to develop new minimally invasive testing and evaluation methods to probe current micro/nanoelectronics circuits and foster development of new generation electronic materials and manufacturing technologies of vital importance to the Air Force mission.
