Thermal Imaging Microscope for Characterization and Thermal Management of Novel Bioinspired Electronics
Abstract
The aim of this proposal is the acquisition of a complete thermal mapping microscope system to create a multidisciplinary core facility for characterization of neuromorphic and conventional semiconductor electronics.
